I noticed top roofing was working down the street from my house and figured i would stop by and ask them if they would come do a estimate for me. Thats when I met marc. He was very helpful and understanding. He even let me work out a payment plan. top roofing did a complete re-roof and installed new gutters. Would deffinently use them in the future

I selected LA Top Roofing home improvement to perform and manage a $30000+ full condo restoration in Los Angeles. Marc did an outstanding job of both performing work of the Highest quality as well as managing and keeping me ...I received bids from three contractors for a new roof. LA Top Roofing bid was in the middle but I went with Marc because of the professionalism and detailed explanation of the scope of work. I was very pleased in the end. ...‎ wish I called LATop first for my roof, windows and gutters. I wasted my time with competitors who provided me with outrageous costs, drive-by estimates, and lack of professionalism. My Roof Replacement was the best Home improvement Job I received in years, I was originally going only to fix some week spots but marc point me all the Pros to have the roof replace as appose to fix. He provided me the gutters work for free , it's a promotion they have lately.

I had a new roof installed by LA Top Roofingyesterday in my Pasadena Home. It was completed in one day and I ma happy with the way it looks. marcwas great and willing to answer any questions that I had when giving me an estimate.There is something unique about the owner customizing your estimate. The quote for replacing my roof was not simply a "price" but included multiple digital photos of the issues related to my roof.Made my roofing experience quick and simple...I wish more things in life were like working with this company. Same week that I got stuck out of the house no Key , my boy friend roof in his house (Santa Monica) was leaking in bed room above the bed. I have no clue what to do so I calling freaking out to Greg my boy friend he ask me to go online and look for a roofer, all good but find a roofer in one of the rear rain storm in Los Angeles is something else. After calling around 10 companies got a hold of mar. with LA Top roofing . He was the only roofer available to help us with the roof leak. It was an emergency call and Greg did pay $1325.00 but the problem was solved. 

These guys helped me identify hail damage. After reporting to my insurance agency, I was awarded a new roof! I had Top Roofing install the replacement roof in my Los Angeles Home and they did it in a couple of days. Several months later, there were a couple of trouble areas, but when I went to investigate, discovered that the insurance company had not covered flashing (Top Roofing had used the flashing already on the house because it wasn't funded). Overall though, these guys were good--comprehensive, speedy, and they follow up well. We are pleased with the final results on our new roof from Iroof. The sales consultant took time to make sure we u nderstood every aspect of the job. He went the extra mile, serving more as a consultant than a salesman. We received a number of estimates, but Top Roofing was the obvious choice. The compliments we are receiving help validate our choice as the best!!!

They did some indoor remodeling (the kitchen & bathroom) and roof installation. A friend of ours told us about this company when him and his wife did some renovations aswell. I love my new roof!‎ My wife and I contracted with Top roofing in April to replace all the windows in our Pasadena house -- we had 16 and I patio door and 1 roof repair -. The sales representative came out, he showed us the windows and gave us a price. He did not pressure us like some of the other big companies out there (which I would rather not name...). After we signed with the Marc from LA Top Roofingeverything went as he said it would. They came back out a few days later to take final measurements and 3 weeks later they called us to set up an installation. We just got our windows installed last week and everything looks great. The started around 9am and the whole thing was done by 7PM. I was amazed at how hard they worked. They were neat and shop vacced everything. I look forward to lower energy bills...only time will tell. I will post a follow up next year after another heating season. But so far, so good, I would definitely recommend these guys.‎ 

They replaced my roof's ridge caps, did some maintenance, and patched two leaks. I'll update this review after the rainy season, once I know whether or not the leaks have stopped. Their bid was competitive. Their work was clean, professional, on time. All as promised.

After the winds of last month my roof needed immediate repair and Top Roofing came out to my house and met with me and my wife. Gave us an estimate (cost) of how much the repair was going to cost. We had other estimators come out as well but this company was the one that impressed us. They were the only ones that went on top of the roof, took pictures, and sat with us and explained what steps we can take to have our roof repaired. We hired them on the spot... The job that was done at my home was small, they replaced my old skylight for a new and better one. I want to thank them for the great job they did.

Other than the other roofing companies i had requested an estimate they took too long to provide me with a proposal and one didn't even show up for the appointment. Top Roofing came as soon as possible and provided me with an estimate/proposal the next day, that's why i booked them because they were punctual and professional. The roof came out looking great and i am satisfied with their work. Highly recommended...!

I contacted Marc from Top Roofing to come out and give me an etimate. I was happy with his presentation, he was to the point and professional. I had previously contacted another roofing company and was waiting for a proposal for about a week and nothing (dont want to mention the name). Marc provided me the proposal the next day after our meeting. I was pleased with his puctuality and decided to go with Top Roofing. Opted to have the entire roof redone. Recieved 3 quotes and went with the second to lowest from Top Roofing. Their quote did not have hidden extras, and they agreed to reroof all the tiled portion of the roof. A few of the other contractors did not want to re-roof the bay windows. 
Took the time to go over in detail what they were doing, including having me go up on to the roof and show their work as it progressed
The job was completed very on time and I am very happy with results. I asked them to come back and revisit one area of the roof which they did within a day. 
They take pride in their work and provided a great service

They did the job and then we noticed that it was not completely done so they came back to fix it.  Actually I was very happy the first time round, then the rain came and we noticed the leak.  We then called them and they did come right back.  We showed them what we had noticed and they fixed it.  So in many respect I would say that they were very responsive.  It was not perfect the first time round but they did come right back and fixed it.  We would recommend them.  Price wise they were in between.  We will use them in the future.

they were on time and on budget. Marsh was present and summoned all the work. They gave great customer services. He did extra shingling at no additional cost and painted the facia as well as vents.

I wished to replace that roof entirely, and wanted more information on the large, main roof as well as advice on a roof on my studio adjacent to the house that was of similar construction to my tower roof. I made an appointment with Top Roofing as well as multiple other companies for an inspection.

Their brochures were informative and they did a thorough inspection of all of my roofs. It was clear they were experienced and very well organized. They seemed to work in upscale neighborhoods and from their literature seemed to be trusted with large, detailed jobs. I liked them very much.

They also insisted on bidding my studio roof along with my tower roof.  I received multiple other bids, but no other company required grouping the two, instead, in every other bid, each roof was bid separately, with an optional combined work price . Top Roofing also pushed to have my main roof replaced as well as the two small roofs. They stated that  the main roof "needed replacing " and "was poorly built". 

All of the other roofing companies told me that the main roof was in good shape.  I do not know if Top Roofing's assessment of my main roof was accurate or not, however there have so far, been no leaks or issues with the main roof.

Both the tower roof and the studio roof were replaced at  $1000 less than the bid that was given me by Top Roofing. I was pleased with the work that was done and the roofs have held up in the subsequent rains.

They were determined to use the lowest priced contractor I could find for them. Once I found a contractor that met with All Roof Solutions, I gave them several reasons why that is a very dangerous approach to hiring a roofer. Marc with LA Top Roofing showed them that you need to hire based on quality and price to get a good value. They hired LA Top Roofing to do the roof and I am glad they did. Some of our clients hired companies that beat the price of LA Top Roofing but almost all were not happy with their roof after the job was done. I feel like LA Top Roofing protected us from making a mistake that we would regret for a long time. Well done LA Top Roofing.

The estimator Mike was to the point, he did not waste my time with too much information. He got back to me with a price. I spoke to my other half, and we deciced to go with DiBello. I call Mike, he came out, did the paper work, and the roof was completed within days of us giving the OK. It was painless. This is the way its supposed to be.

that we recently contacted to work on our home in Silverlake. We had 2 major leaks. One under a roof deck that we had unfortunately installed many years ago and another one over the upstairs bathroom.

One of them (J & J) - took 2 months to call us back and then another week to come by just to give us an estimate. J & J took pictures of the deck and leak damage but left us with no estimate. A few days later we got a letter in the mail (very impersonal) that J & J could not do the work on either leak until we found a separate contractor to remove the deck and then they might be able to fit us into their very busy schedule. Imagine that!

He was very professional, knowledgeable and down to earth at the same time (we wondered was that even possible in the roofing business these days). 

We were so impressed with Marc's personal yet professional service and the very low price estimate, that we signed up the same day.

and the next day Marc and his company removed the deck, fixed both leaks, cleaned up all the debris and even saved the deck wood for us in case we decided to reinstall it properly at another time.

We were totally impressed and beyond words. It rained cats and dogs Friday and Saturday, and viola -  not one drop of water.

The most surprising thing was Mark didn't even text or call for balance due on the job. We had to text him. WOW! Talk about service.

Their prices are unbelievably reasonable. They guarantee their work and offer the highest quality workmanship and service. In addition they carry both General Contracting and C39 Roofing Specialty licenses and they are fully insured and bonded. 

I had 3 other estimates and ended up going with these guys. Marc was extremely professional, offered competitive pricing and did quality work. I have since referred him to other clients and was very impressed with his consultations and pricing. Real estate agents - I definitely recommend Marc for consultations for your buyers. He was very thorough, explained everything in detail without scaring the buyer and gave an honest and realistic bid. Can't recommend enough.

He was able to schedule an appointment within 1 week of the estimate and his crew came promptly at the specified date and time.

His crew worked efficiently and when I came home from work I couldn't find a single scrap of dirt or a single roofing nail.  They worked efficiently and were very professional.

After performing my due diligence - verifying licenses, making sure they had a good rep with the BBB and had a decent Yelp review, LA Top Roofing was the winning bid.  Not only one of the lowest bids, but, by far, the most personable company I got a bid from.  The roof was done on time, on budget and lookis great!  Marc, the Company's owner, is professional, but friendly and funny.  We were so pleased with the roofing job, we contracted for more renovation work on our house.  The renovation is 50+ years of deferred maintenance.  It's just gotten underway, but if it goes as smoothly as the roofing job, we'll be very happy.

when a waterproofing guy came to review a job for me and were asked to look at a roofing issue that the waterproofing guy couldn't handle.  Sometimes fate works in your favor...  Marc and his crew(s) are great: reliable, efficient, fair-priced, and good.  Hire them; you'll be happy you did.
