All jobs done by LA TOP ROOFING comes with a written contract which includes: job description, material description, and commitment on start and ending time frame for job. Labor and manufacture warranties will also be attached to written contract. |

Contractor Warranty: Warranty varies depending on various factors which include: material and type of application. |

Prior to the completion of each job, customer will receive a descriptive warranty form from the LA TOP ROOFING contractor. |

- For any complete flat roof job: warranty will vary from five to seven years max.
- For any complete slope/pitch roof job: warranty will vary from seven to ten years.
- For all repair roof jobs warranty will depend on condition.

| Manufacture warranty: Due to the fact that LA TOP ROOFING purchases and installs only A quality materials, we ensure that our customer will receive a written manufacture warranty stating they type of material and years of warranty. |
